An increase in traffic flow that is not properly controlled will eventually cause congestion problems. This is because the increasing number of private vehicles is not balanced by the expansion of roads or adequate public transportation. In addition to the fairly high volume of vehicles on the Banyuurip-Simokalangan road, along the road there is a traditional market, one of the activities that affects the performance of the road so that the road often experiences congestion. The types of research conducted to complete this research are quantitative and descriptive. The quantitative method is research by means of mathematical solutions and by using existing theories. While the Descriptive method is a research method that is carried out by processing the data that we have obtained previously
