Bridges are important structures of the road network system, which open isolated areas because they are separated by rivers, canals, and railways. The availability of bridge data is very important for developing bridge management programs. This study analyzes the condition value of the Simorejo 3 bridge in Lamongan Regency, then determines the appropriate and correct handling proposals. The recommended handling proposals are indicative, so further surveys are needed if used for planning purposes. The research methodology includes the use of the Bridge Management System (BMS) and Bridge Condition Rating (BCR) to evaluate bridge conditions and conduct field surveys to collect primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques and information are needed to examine bridge conditions and determine the necessary actions. These findings will be used to inform future planning and bridge management strategies. The results of the condition assessment using the BMS method are 2 (two), namely, slight damage to the parapet, with recommendations for replacing the parapet during routine and periodic maintenance. While the results of the BCR method value are 5.921, namely, the bridge is in good condition, with a proposal for routine and periodic maintenance handling.
