Estate is a means of housing that describes the characteristics of living in a place of residence in the housing. As a result, the watershed becomes densely populated, and there is river water pollution, river body narrowing, high sedimentation, and frequent flooding in the watershed. Environmental impacts on the construction of residential places, business places, etc., need to receive important attention in order to avoid floods or rainwater puddles, as well as support the lives of people who live in the housing comfortably and healthily, and can interact with each other in daily life. Therefore, it is necessary to identify problems and impacts that may occur due to the construction of housing so that later it will be a recommendation for handling environmental impacts. The average capacity of rainwater under construction is 691,327.6 cm³, and the maximum average discharge is 21,828.95 cm³/second. The volume produced was 116,559.6 cm³, while the primary channel 1 was 127,694.1 cm³ and the primary channel 2 was 127,694.1 cm³. Furthermore, the runoff water will be accommodated by long storage with a volume of 46,900,000 cm³. Furthermore, Long Storage will flow to the Banjar Anyar reservoir as the last water discharge. In addition, to minimize the chance of waterlogging or flooding, each house unit is advised to make a rainwater infiltration well.
