The final project research discusses the analysis of Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) factors in the implementation of the East Surabaya Hospital construction project. The analysis carried out is by analyzing the value of the Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) variables, namely Variables X1 (OHS Knowledge), X2 (OHS Management), X3 (OHS Implementation), and Y (Application of OHS in construction projects). The values of the research variables were obtained from the answers to questionnaires with 80 respondents. Then the data is tested using a statistical application, namely SPSS version 27, the data test carried out in the form of Validity test obtained r value> table value, Reliability test with Cronbach's Alpha value 0.970>0.700, Multiple Regression Analysis test, Multiple Correlation Calculation test, Descriptive Hypothesis test, Multiple Regression Relative Contribution test, Relative Importance Index Analysis test. The results of the analysis obtained factors that have a significant impact on the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the East Surabaya Hospital project, namely, Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) based on Multiple Regression Relative analysis obtained the largest contribution comes from the K3 Implementation Variable (X3) with a presentation of 52.33% with the most influential indicators, namely PPE, K3 Management with a relative contribution of 23.4%, Worker Knowledge with a relative contribution of 21.03%.
